Birds are one of my newer pets, but I've had several of them. I first owned a sky blue budgerigar hen, BlueBerri, who I owned for three years before she passed away. Then I owned a seed-junkie, sky-blue, yellow-headed, spangle budgerigar cock named Quinn. While I still had him, a family friend was looking for a new home for her birds. I took two birds in, a lutino cockatiel cock, Storm, and a cinnamon-pearl hen, SnoBall. After I sold Quinn to a family looking for a new bird, I bred Storm and SnoBall, and had a clutch of three, two lutino hens, Leah and Liberty, and a normal cock, Joey. I kept Joey and found new homes for the others. I still have Joey who is an adorable screamer-bird who loves to eat sunflower seeds and pasta, and when I spoil him, french fries.
